(May 8, 2022, 9:33 pm)Recently started to get back into working out and was looking for a gym with one on one coaching. Working with coach Justin has made the start up process very easy. Noticing a lot of improvement. This gym also offers jiu jitsu, which I thought I’d never get into, but it was very comforting knowing that the coach takes the appropriate amount of time when teaching a newbie. The gym is very clean and has a lot of options for different types of workouts to try. I would definitely recommend this gym and would recommend them to give all the classes a try! Cheers.

(April 12, 2022, 10:04 pm)What an amazing facility! The owner is very personable and easy to talk to. He is willing to try new activities, all I had to do was ask about the possibilities. Great new equipment ranging from floor mats to full on weight training equipment. Very clean! My wife and I had a great session with one of the personal fitness instructors. Great feeling!

You can book online to have a private session which is such a nice option when you don't want to be waiting for equipment!

(April 9, 2022, 5:29 pm)Great atmosphere. Very clean and well maintained gym. The staff are very professional and make you welcomed. I would recommend this place to a friend. And it’s amazing that there are various different classes you can take.
