(February 3, 2020, 8:36 pm)I can’t say enough great things about Yoga Bodies Vaughan! From the amazing instructors and staff all around, the great energy the studio gives off, and the communal vibe sent out from not only the instructors but our fellow students as well!
Yoga has changed my life since beginning my practice last year both physically as well as mentally. I’m so glad to have made a huge transformation as well as continue my journey with such an encouraging and helpful community. I can’t imagine having gone anywhere else.

(January 6, 2020, 8:19 pm)I was looking for a studio close to home that offered hot yoga classes. Yoga Bodies happened to be opening their new studio around the same time. I’ve been a member for the past year since they opened up and have watched the studio grow into the best yoga studio I’ve ever practiced at. They have an amazing variety of classes beyond traditional yoga studios, skilled instructors with diverse strengths, and an overall amazing vibe. The ambiance is relaxing, and energy at the studio is extremely warm and welcoming. I highly recommend joining as this studio has something for everyone.
