I have never signed up for a gym or class as I have always been self-conscious of not knowing what I am doing or how I am going to look doing it. I took the 6 week challenge at a time where I had fallen deep into a rut and I thought I needed a push. I happened to see the HiiTBox challenge pop up on my feed and thought, "why not." Right off the bat at orientation Jag was very welcoming and inviting and I was really excited to start the program. From class 1 I loved it. Not only leaving with a sweat (I have never pushed myself hard enough to sweat like that) but feeling so comfortable around everyone was such a fulfilling feeling mentally and physically! Not 1 class was the same making it so easy to return and not get bored. All the instructors I interacted with helped support/encourage me and never made me feel inadequate or as if I wasn't working hard enough. I would HIGHLY recommend HiiTBox if you want a fun and supportive program that helps you with your health and confidence!

Come to hiit box if you want to lose weight. there are no maybes if you come you will shed lbs. Jag and Krystal and the rest of the very friendly staff literally have it down to a science when it comes to losing weight. The only thing you have to lose is the extra weight that is holding u back from feeling better in life. I lost 7% body fat in 6 weeks and 20 lbs of fat.

My strength training workout with Jag was great, but also really tough! I got an awesome workout and had a blast doing it. The equipment is new and well kept. I would definitely recommend Hiit Box.
