Nicholas will work with you on achieving your goals by implementing a workout and meal plan. He helped me lose 70lbs in total which I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. If you’re contemplating it, I’d say just do it! I was shy at first but the culture at the gym was very accepting which motivated me to keep going back. Thank you Speciale Fitness!

The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable if you have any questions. In terms of personal training he is very dedicated to the client and pushes them to help them achieve the results they desire.

Nicolas has been very supportive in my fitness journey and has helped me work around all my limitations finding me great workouts to do despite my disability. Highly recommend very professional discipline and motivating. Keeps me coming back every week to improve myself and work towards my goals!
