Just wanted to write a review to recognize Oleh and his fantastic work. Even though (due to unfortunate last minute circumstances), we couldn't go through with the deal, Oleh displayed stellar customer service and relationship building skills. He was always available to help out and give the necessary advice/recommendations...I would highly recommend Pffaf Leasing and Oleh to anyone looking to lease their next vehicle

After 15 years of buying cars outright, I decided to try leasing for the very first time, and I'm glad it was with Oleh Hankivsky at Pfaff Leasing! Oleh was very courteous, understanding, and responsive to my many questions (being a first-timer), so it made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision. Oleh was helpful and flexible to cater to my needs/requirements pertaining to the lease, so I am very satisfied with what I've signed up for, and will definitely consider leasing with Pfaff again in the future.

Jerome and Craig did a great job of getting us the car we were looking for. After nightmare scenarios with dealerships here in Ottawa, we decided to work with a dealership further away that would treat us like human beings. All discussions were done over the phone and via email and Jerome and the team really gave us a hassle free experience. The price was fair from the beginning without the back and forth you get with other dealers. Truly the best experience anywhere. I will definitely be doing my future purchases with PFAFF auto. Highly recommended!
