He cares about his clients, is patient and a great teacher in how to use the hearing aids. He has improved our lives after one visit.

There are so many elderly and/or disabled who require house call service and Mark is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure that my mother's hearing aids were working perfectly and went to great lengths to ensure that he found the solution. Excellent service I recommend 110%!

He has been taking care of our 96 yr. old mother’s hearing tests & aids for almost a year now.
It is a wonderful relief that Mark makes house calls as our mother is not very mobile.
He is readily available via phone and is very competitive compared to the retail locations.
We appreciate his fine services immensely. -
