Good Custmer Service. Helped me to get new connection when store about to close
Just got my amazing new phone plan and S8 with Marvin and Kathia at Koodo in promenade - could not be happier. They were very attentive and helped us with everything and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and more! As well, they were patient even though we were there for over two hours!!!! Very friendly and personable, we even laughed over some things. Not only knowledgeable where they were able to tell us specs about all phones, but honest and not pushy in the slightest and that's why we ended up buying four new phones (LG G7 one, Samsung Galaxy S8, and two iPhone XRs)! Thank you guys so much!
Great service and knowledgable- I had to go back a couple of times for my new phone -( Not becasue of Koodo) and Marvin was amazing, he talked me through all the plans and phone options and he even managed to get me a credit on my bill. If you are thinking of going to Koodo at the Promenade, make sure you ask for Marvin!! I am actually emailing Koodo Head Office to let them know how great he was.
Excellent customer service. Very Honest offers & solutions for all customers. Prices are True and Fair. No hidden fees or gimmicks. They are Original Koodo Booth and very courteous.I will go to this place for getting any Koodo's direct help
