They were both very kind and understood how time sensitive this watch adjustment was as I am about to fly overseas for the holidays . Thank you again , its customer service like this that keeps me coming back. Also please acknowledge these ladies , they have been wonderful in such a stressful time .

(June 6, 2019, 6:16 pm)Like the customer service but not a fan of the limited section; however, generally speaking a good store... do not buy if you plan on wearing the item every day, it is Rhodium plated and not silver.., lasts very long though (I use to work in jewelery myself)
I had gotten several bangles for my birthday a few years back, wanted something different, went in and exchanged them all for a very beautiful tennis necklace, earing and bracelet set... GREAT for clothes you don’t want ruined if the fabric is delecate... LOVEEEE the extension that comes with it and very happy with my overal experience here.
I hated my experience at the Eaton Centre one though; TERRIBLY rude personnel, Riyanna, was just a nightmare. I went into Pandora and got something else ... point being, your experience greatly depends on which sales person you get. -
