David was very helpful and understanding of my situation, and was attentive and respectful as I tried to explain my dilemma. I don’t live in the area, but I would recommend this store to anyone who does.

(November 28, 2020, 1:18 am)Oscar at Promenade was so amazing!!!!!!! Walked in 10 mins before close and he was more than happy to fully service me and explain all my options. Incredibly patient, intelligent and honest. He went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I needed and more. Not to mention he was very kind and a pleasure to be around. Please go see Oscar for all your Freedom needs it will be worth it I promise!

(November 3, 2020, 1:39 pm)After several frustrating chats with customer service rep online, I visited this store to explain my ongoing reception and network issues the store manager. Though he wasn't sure what was wrong with my phone, he was quick to establish that it was a phone issue and one of his proposed solution worked. I sincerely appreciated his patience and persistence while being simultaneously pressured for service from a difficult customer before me while enforcing social distancing rules. His calm demeanor kept everything under control and continued to service customers. It was impressive to watch.
