We were referred to Jerry through word of mouth a while back and he helped us purchase our first semi- detached home back in 2015 for a great price, while outbidding other buyers. Fast forward 2021.. he helped us sell that same home for $100,000 over asking and setting a record breaking price in our neighbourhood! He is now helping us find the perfect home for our next chapter. He not only has expertise with buying and selling homes, but his previous trades experience has proved beneficial in helping us steer clear of foundation, plumbing, electrical, drainage and coding issues.
