  In the past 5 years Lou helped us sell three of our homes (2 for us and 1 for our parents) and has helped us all purchase our current homes. He is extremely patient and takes all the time in the world to indulge our every question and curiosity. Before we bought our current home in Bolton we weren't sure if we wanted to purchase a home outside Vaughan with land, or something closer like Bolton or Caledon, that was more residential. He went with us everywhere, even as far as Alliston and other areas, never once commenting on all the ways we were changing our minds. He was helpful but not pushy, and gently honest about the realities of what we wanted to buy vs what might be best for us to buy. In the end we found our dream home and we couldn't be happier. We trust his advice 100% and highly recommend him to family and friends.   Lou provided the best customer service that we have ever received when dealing with real estate agents. We have used Lou as our agent on more than one occasion and he made an emotional and stressful experience the complete opposite.   When it came down to it and we finally decided to sell our first home, we chose the capable hands of Lou. We ended up with multiple offers and selling above list price. Being stressed comes with selling and he was with us every step of the way! His expert advice and calm demeanor puts you at ease with always being available when you're having doubts.
