(November 9, 2022, 9:27 pm)The hiring practice was excellent no discrimination what so ever along with the willingness to train and accomadate the right individual, which is few and far between.
That begin said, I didn't appreciate the o/o sending me to the ATC course with (no trigger locks on the HG's or properly locked cases) and then trying to tell me you don't need any "trigger locks",(Only LE are exempt from the FAA).
Some employees taking off their (BP vests, sleeping on shift/late for shift) was told "that's what they do" by management when approached.
Nowhere was the above in the "Valguard employee handbook"
Some vehicles that are unsafe(bald tires, Sudden "limp mode" when passing, broken windshields, over due service on vehicles), because some employees simply don't care to check(Job description) and "no recourse" for not doing so. (Costs money)
Sending you on some routes with less than stellar info "management is reluctant/hesitant to listen/read to ways of improving" (3 months later, route has same issues that waste time), yet invite you to team meetings to tell you how the armored division is loosing money.
It's too bad I certainly enjoyed the work and some of the more professional people that worked there, I did not appreciate the "unprofessional" behavior and "disregard" for "safety/personal safety" by the O/O and some employees. -

From mobile patrols, to guards, to armed security, to armoured cars, close protection and so much more. They are very responsive and always open to graining more clientele with the best rates. Highly recommend.
