(March 21, 2021, 2:29 am)Usually get laksa with egg noodles and a pan fried chicken with teriyaki sauce. It’s pretty basic, but it hits the spot in the winter.
Service is pretty quick, would recommend calling ahead for reservations during covid. -

(June 28, 2020, 3:00 am)Deer garden has become a local favourite between myself and my friends. The soup deal with the bubble tea is great value and all the food is delicious! Even when I’m not in the mood for soup there are great options like their stewed pork, unagi, or cutlets on rice, and the portions are no joke!
Other than the tasty food, the staff are always polite and the restaurant is always clean.
Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for something to warm your soul! -

(December 29, 2019, 10:32 pm)I dine at this location almost once every other week! I started off at the Markham location but that’s far for me as I am from North York. Small differences but I actually prefer the soup here better.
The soup here is delicious, especially the Malay Laksa soup. The selection of noodles and toppings are great for anyone! The soup is a combination of flavourful and piping hot! It comes out near boil temperature so that you can take your time to enjoy your meal. The service is quick and attentive. Doesn’t ever get overly crowded here which is great!
If you like the Markham location, then you won’t have a problem with this location either. Keep up the great work!
