  First time customer. Overall good experience but it would be nice if the servers would be more gentle with the plates. Me and my dad we’re sitting next to where the plates are cleared and the noise was so bad it interrupted our conversation and meal numerous times. The 4 stars are for the food quality and it’s still a nice all you can eat sushi restaurant, but it’s a little pricy considering the atmosphere. Would still recommend.

  Modern, atmospheric, and delicious are some of the words that come to mind when I think of 168 Sushi.
  
  The restaurant is quite large, so we've never been forced to wait on seating. It's well organized and staffed.
  
  You order from a tablet, then the food is brought to your table hot and fresh from the kitchen. Yummy!
  
  Then you get to eat while enjoying the neon lights or delicate flower mural. The entire restaurant is a work of art.
  
  Can't wait to go back.
  
  Personal recommendations: pork (soup) dumplings, salmon teriyaki, and chicken cutlets.

  Really good buffet. They had great selection, and the quality was excellent. The staff was also attentive and helpful. (Note: Food is ordered via tablet.) The dessert was super great. They had really good shaved ice and some ice cream. (I recommend the shaved ice.) Decor and atmosphere was also pretty good.

  A good place for sushi lovers. The waiters are professional. The place is quite noisy because of there are many people around and tables are close to each other. Food is perfect. Sushi, sashimi, hand rolls are very tasty They even have crabs. Very nice.

  The sushi and food in general comes out quick. Dessert, soup, appetizers and ginger and wasabi are all self served, so you can go and grab as much as you want without the hassle of needing to call a waitress or waiter. The place is fairly big and quite popular amongst the customers so it's usually packed. I recommend booking before coming.
