(September 5, 2020, 11:18 pm)Unfortunately, as accounts receivable was already closed 2day, I was unable 2 finish my upgrade from Lucky Mobile & get a new phone 2day, so I have 2 return here 2morrow 2 try 2 complete my transaction (service upgrade). Luckily, the store associate that was assisting me put the phone on hold so that I could try 2 get the ball rolling w/Bell.

(March 5, 2020, 11:43 pm)We waited till our upgrade period came around. We visited the store and were politely greeted by Ali. He was so polite and helpful and knowledgeable. We completed the upgrade on 3 of our phones and went home. Confident that we could do the backup restore on our own. My son managed to do mine without difficulty. When he got around to doing his we had to call the store for help. Ali nicely asked us to come back. When we did he did the backup restore on the other two phones in under 40 minutes. He asked if we had anymore questions not to hesitate to call him and if he could help over the phone he would. Honestly the nicest of genuine sales associates we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Two thumbs up for Ali.
