(September 20, 2020, 3:34 am)I bought their 3 wick candles in bulk around Diwali as gifts to take back home. One of their associates helped me picking out the best ones. I was in the mall shopping for more stuff when one of the bags slipped from my hand and 2 candles broke on the spot (within the wrapping paper), I went back to the store and explained what happened and the same associate asked her manager if she could replace my order and they did without taking an extra second. I should have written this earlier but it’s never too late to appreciate excellent customer service.
