Shani is amazing! She does yoga for our preschool class once a week. She teaches yoga moves using strategies which are relatable to the children, which gets them excited and makes them want to participate. I have seen the children doing yoga moves at various points in the day. Shani is full of energy and very knowledgeable about yoga and meditation.
