(September 26, 2020, 11:03 pm)Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The place makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. They still challenge you but they assist you as you go on in the class. I love the diversity in age group. So don't feel discouraged if youre older If, you will be fine.
If you want to learn Muay Thai to challenge you, learn the art, and have fun, this is a great place for you! I encourage you to come here. -

Kru Ryan has created an environment that makes you want to come to class and learn. His knowledge and experience are unmatched and you walk away from every class feeling like you've learned a little more. His classes always leave you feeling sweaty, empowered and hungry for more :) best gym in the GTA hands down!
