Team was available for follow up questions after my acupuncture appointment.
I made the drive up from Toronto and it was totally worth it!

(September 23, 2020, 1:04 am)I went in for prenatal acupuncture, naturopath and prenatal Osteopath services at West End Mamas - York Region (Toronto). The prenatal acupuncture and naturopath services were by Olivia Paul and prenatal osteopath was by Aude Chaumont. They were both very friendly and the services were very professional and helpful with back pain and heartburn. Definitely going to continue postpartum at their center!

HEATHER - one of the best massage therapist, her hands are like magic and she knows how to cater to specific pain points. Extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field.
ALISON - physiotherapist and much more! I was so scared to try pelvic floor therapy and she made is very comfortable for me by educating me, it's been a huge help in my pregnancy.
OLIVIA - super awesome chiropractor that is friendly and skilled in her specialty, really helped me prepare for birth as I get close to my due date. -

I booked a Prenatal Massage with Heather and felt extremely relaxed (in body and mind) after my session! Being a first-time mom, I really valued the insights and positive affirmations she shared with me. I can't wait for my next appointment!
