An oasis of peace in the heart of Newmarket! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Lots of different yoga classes for everyone! ????
The staff at Heart Journey were wonderful, helpful, and supportive! As a yoga beginner, the team helped me understand how to reach and improve my postures, and provided additional guidance with practice at home, and were very approachable and friendly. AWESOME team with lovely facilities, and even provided equipment too!
Heart Journey Yoga is a hidden gem in Newmarket. It’s a calming space to stretch and get centred. Suniti’s classes are always creative and diverse. I love everything about this yoga studio!
