(April 17, 2019, 3:26 pm)I hired Royal Fresh Air recently to replace my furnace and A/C. Mehdi came and looked at everything and described what he would do in an easy no pressure conversation. His quote was reasonable and was exactly what I paid. No extra surprise fees. It was also nice dealing with the same person who would also be installing the equipment. He knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Mehdi and Royal Fresh Air.

(April 13, 2019, 3:03 pm)I was a little sceptical about all the 5 star reviews for Royal Fresh Air but after our experience I too have to rate them as 5 star. Matthew was prompt to respond, very knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment anddiagnosis of our furnace that was rapid cycling and obtained the parts needed and repaired it quickly We also found him to be very honest in his pricing As it turned out the furnace parts and labour was covered under warranty We did not realize that He could have double dipped but didn’t . I would not hesitate to recommend him for any havoc needs

(February 28, 2019, 3:52 pm)Quite satisfied that I went with RFA. Woke up to a rather cold house, and RFA was able to come within a couple hours of my call. Diagnosed the problem quickly and easily. The part he needed wasn't on-hand, but he did a clever workaround to give us heat until he came back to finish replace the broken control board, which was at 0800 the next day.
He explained everything well, and was reasonably priced (and he contacted/invoiced our landlord directly, which was an added convenience). He was also very polite, and pleasant to deal with.
Will use RFA again without question or hesitation. -

I called Mathew who arrived at our home 1 hour later and proceeded to quickly diagnose and fix our furnace. Honest, reliable and very responsive to calls. Thanks for the great service!
