(January 11, 2020, 5:58 am)We have used Floors Direct North several times personally for our home but this time I tasked them an even tougher job....pleasing my parents! LOL. My mom and dad moved into a condo in December 2019 and we had Floors Direct North remove the existing carpeting and flooring, replacing it all through out the unit. Ben and Kyle treated my parents amazing and to no surprise they were so pleased with the quality of work. The job was done precisely as outlined and in fact they did the work all in one day. I cannot say enough good things about Ben and the entire team at Floors Direct North. Highly recommended!

(December 14, 2019, 4:14 am)From the initial stages of project planning to installation, the team has been amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and always available by phone or text. Ben has been fantastic to deal with, he took floor measurements, gave us affordable and high-quality options for engineered hardwood to match our staircase and existing custom wood trims. The installation for over 2000 sq. feet was efficient, Steven and the install team did a great job at laying down the hardwood over tile in the basement and replacing the parquet on the second floor. Highly recommend this A+ team!
