(January 14, 2020, 3:45 pm)We shopped at the upper Canada mall yesterday and had an amazing experience. The sales lady "Masuda" was so friendly and professional. I wasn't planning to purchase for sure but she made my decision making so much easier. She was not pushy or aggressive which we did find refreshing. We ended up purchasing my diamond wedding band which I love. Thanks again to her and the store manager who was friendly and helpful as well. Keep up the great service it makes a difference! !
