(August 28, 2020, 11:59 pm)I had an amazing experience dealing with Adam, the manager from this store. My brother had bought me a bracelet as a gift and I was devastated when it had fallen off. I went in to the store and he helped find me the exact same one, he fit it to my wrist so it wouldn't fall off again, and he sent off a safety chain to be dipped in rose gold to match. WOW! I was so impressed with his level of customer service and how he made my concerns feel valid yet found a solution for me. I felt a million times better after I left plus he helped me find a matching pair of earrings that I wear everyday. Thank you so much Adam!

I wanted to buy a ring for my daughter and when I came into Michael Hill they were more then happy to assist me in getting a ring within my budget. I was pretty specific in what I wanted and the employee I was working with got it perfect. The ring was within my budget but then she went and got it a little better in price. I was so happy with this and I was happy I chose this store.

He encouraged us to try other places, and gave us so much good information for jewelry shopping in general. I told him what I thought I wanted, and he showed me that but also made other suggestions based on what he thought I might be interested in. I ended up going with something that he picked and I couldn't love it any more. The entire staff is so so so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and top to bottom, we were very happy with our experience.
