(June 29, 2020, 6:20 pm)I had an excellent experience at Grande Tile and Reno Plus. Howard helped us choose our materials, giving us the pros and cons of our choices. During the pandemic when i wasn't venturing out of my house he emailed me pictures of suggestions. When one of the manufacturers had a mechanical issue he called me right away and even delivered the flooring itself when it was ready to ensure my reno project wouldn't be delayed. I highly recommend this place. The service is just great.

(May 28, 2020, 12:30 am)We had a great experience buying our floor tiles from Grande Tile. We were looking for a very specific tile and had to find a tile quickly to finish our project. Many other flooring stores made us feel like we would have to settle for a tile that didn't meet all of our criteria. However Grande Tile was able to find us a quality tile in a style we liked for a reasonable price. The service also exceeded our expectations. Howard was very knowledgeable, responded to emails quickly and made the whole transaction hassle-free. We would highly reccomend Grande Tile and will be returning for our future projects.

(May 16, 2020, 1:12 pm)We were working on a basement renovation and had to match 10 year old discontinued tiles. Another company spent 2 months sourcing these tiles with no success. We reached out to Adam at Grande Tile and he located them within minutes and personally delivered tiles the following day. It was a pleasure to work with Adam and Grande Tile. We would highly recommend this company.

Luckily we find out Grande Tile and Reno Plus. Beautiful tiles and wonderful craftsmanship! The service and value we received are exceptional! Will definitely recommend to our friends.
