  We were looking for a low cost solution that matched our current Global Supra chairs and I found 9 used models of the Supra X on Kijiji.
  
  Communication A+: emails were responded promptly and courteously. Our building has very strict delivery rules and NOF was very accommodating in the times we needed.
  
  Condition of the product A+: These are used chairs and I was expecting some scuffing and these chairs came in very good shape.
  
  Delivery A++: The polite delivery guys came early, communicated well and were patient in waiting for the dock to open for delivery.
  
  If there's anything we need for the office in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Newmarket Office Furniture again.

  Incredible service over the phone and once I arrived by all three employees that helped me! What a completely different experience than the attitude I received when looking at these chairs downtown. I was given thorough explanation and examples for multiple different chairs in different price ranges and was afforded plenty of time to try all of the models. I settled on the Steelcase Leap V2 which after seeing the immaculate condition the preowned selection in the back was in I was blown away by the price at less than 1/3 the cost of a new chair. Not to mention they offered me a 14 day exchange policy to swap the chair if I have any concerns or change my mind!!! Can't beat that! Thank you so much! Will definitely be telling my friends to come see you!

  Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. High end items at a reasonable price. I absolutely love my new chair! Highly recommended.

  I was looking for a pre-owned high-end office chair for my home office and visited three other stores before visiting Newmarket Office Furniture. So glad I found them.
  
  Everything about this place is a cut above their competitors, including their selection of products (massive), their prices (*far* better than anyone else) and most of all their professionalism and customer service.
  
  Special thanks to Mary who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional while I was trying out different chairs. She really listened to my needs and was always genuinely helpful, never pushy. She was also transparent and straightforward regarding their post-purchase policies, etc.
  
  Thanks also to Bob who helped me fit my new chair securely into the back seat of my car in a way that was gentle on my car seats' cloth (as it was a fairly new car).
  
  I got the perfect chair for my needs in perfect (practically new) condition both functionally and aesthetically for 1/3rd the price of what a new one would cost.
  
  I, my bad back and my wallet thank you Newmarket Office Furniture. You'll be my first stop for any future office furniture needs!
