(November 10, 2020, 3:02 pm)We are extremely happy with our new backyard! Tim and his crew were very professional they have office staff available for questions and updates. Our pool was installed and landscaped in about 2 weeks. There were a few delays due to covid but other than that we have no complaints. We would highly recommend Nature Bound Pools and if I were to install a pool again I would gladly call them back :)

(October 1, 2020, 3:23 pm)After receiving a few quotes from other pool companies for which we had to wait and remind them, Tim at Nature Bound Pools was very responsive and it was clear that he wanted our business. He worked with us to figure out the best pool for our needs and backyard parameters, and even provided advice on layout of the concrete. Tim is extremely knowledgeable of his products, and all things pool. Installation of the pool, was quick, tidy, and the crew were courteous, and polite. Judy, the customer service contact, was wonderful as she kept us informed of next steps involved in the process, and made sure any questions we had were answered. Billy, provided patient guidance by walking me through basic pool maintenance which was appreciated given my lack of experience on this matter. Basically NBP delivered for our family: we had a pool last summer earlier than expected. And we’ve had no issues operating it. We also appreciated that Tim doesn't try to oversell. For instance, another competitor said that we needed a certain Pump/Filter which was more expensive. Tim said that for our purposes we wouldn’t make use of all the extra features the more expensive filter offered. We also noticed when we bought our safety cover through NBP it was more reasonable than elsewhere. Because of this we also book the company to open and close our pool as well. We are very pleased that we went with a fibreglass pool and chose Nature Bound Pools to install and service it.

(June 24, 2020, 2:51 am)Nature Bound exceeded our expectation. We had our pool installed in 2017 and have been enjoying it every year. The installation was quick and clean (keeping in mind they are digging a pool) and the office staff were great to deal with, always friendly and quick to respond.
We try to use it as much as we can with friends, family, kids sports team and always get compliments on the oasis in our backyard. We have and will continue to recommend Nature Bound Pools. -
