(December 31, 2022, 2:09 am)About a year ago my wife purchased a forging lesson for me as a Christmas gift. A few months later I was learning how to shape steel and craft an impressive knife!
I have since been back for a few more classes and will be going back! What an experience!

(December 29, 2022, 4:26 am)My son and I have completed two separate projects here and we’re always pleased with the outcome. John and his wife and super welcoming. Now that my son is away in college I need to find a new buddy to making a couple of tools for my woodworking shop. Will be looking forward to discussing this with John shortly.

(December 28, 2022, 5:01 pm)I took a 2-part workshop with John. We made a knife from a railroad spike. I absolutely loved the workshop and am very pleased with my knife. It came out great. John is a wonderful teacher and demonstrated and explained everything. I highly recommend Fallen Willow Forge and am definitely looking forward to taking another workshop.

John has his knife designs prepared for his courses, but still allows for flexibility in the designs to make it your own.
He is kind, knowledgeable and makes sure that your project gets completed.
