(June 4, 2021, 1:55 pm)Here is what businesses should require,to be successful in business one should hire a clearly speaking english person to educate the public on their services, no false statements be honest about your business, we as customers have the right to provide a tip based on your performance, if the person can't speak English then best thing is to see how that person performance on what you came in for. Many places of business have people working without any knowledge of the English language but a simple hello or welcome is as good as not saying much, if desperation occurs while doing the service then apply no tip but if you feel it deserves a great tip then tip away. If the person over the phone quoted you a price, take down there name what time you called then when you arrive there speak to that person and acknowledge the price quoted over the phone.
