All staffs we met are friendly and courteously, specially Ethan in the Repair Dept. is amazing! He's patient, profesional and experienced! Thanks Ethan for your great help! Will definitely recommand to anyone who has instruments issues.

We were glad to see a good variety of left-handed electric guitars, which we weren't expecting. We were able to try a variety to ensure we got the right instrument, and staff were very accommodating and had good suggestions. We went home very happy with our purchase, and definitely recommend this store!

(May 23, 2021, 1:41 pm)What can I say about the gang at L&M Markham...been going there for years and they've always been just the friendliest and most helpful folks ever. Their rental department is fantastic as well. I'm in the middle of a big decision for a purchase and they assisted me in renting to help along with that process. Never rush into something if you're not sure, talk to them. Also the rental process, you will have to fill out a bunch of info. Just do it!! They are giving a perfect stranger their stuff, you'd do the same. ;-)
