He is on-time and introduced himself and ran through what he will be doing and approximate time the job will be finished. He is approachable and answered our questions. He showed the before and after photos of our ducts/vents. This company are upfront with the prices of their services and does not upsell; they answer your questions. Easy to rebook by just calling their number (it was a snow storm on the day of my appointment).Will definitely go with them again for our future duct cleaning services. Satisfied with the work.
