(December 5, 2022, 4:38 pm)My first experience with a Technics is a used SL-1200MK7. The dust cover's rear hinge rubber inserts were missing so I ordered a set. Two different styles were delivered with one being slightly larger. I sent an email about this and got a quick phone response and after determining the one I needed a replacement was sent and now I have a matching set. Awesome service with quick shipping.
