As a health practitioner I know this is rare.....I see so much "misinformation" available. Lorne Marr does a fantastic job of curating content that is accessible, motivating and informative. Plus, the information is multifaceted - it doesn't just offer fitness info. Lorne Marr provides followers information on nutrition, motivation, mindset and fitness.

Fit after 45 delivers on a great cross section of topics from a variety of experts ranging from doctors, nutritionists, personal trainers, professional athletes & weekend warriors.
I personally enjoy the nutritional tips as making the proper food choices continues to be my biggest challenge. -

(September 19, 2016, 7:55 pm)Finally a site dedicated to the fitness accomplishments of the older generation . . .It seems like the youth of today seem to be stronger, faster and all over more athletic at a younger age thanks to tools and training that were not always available over the years. Its great to see a collection of seasoned trainers and athletes all on one site to celebrate that age is simply a number and that maintaining and even increasing that strength and fitness level is possible no matter how old you are.
