(August 6, 2015, 2:59 pm)I was really concerned about my health and body. I am over 60 years of age and I was introduced to this boot camp. My body is leaner, stronger and healthier because of the boot camp experience. The group provides a lot of encouragement and it is a truly enjoyable experience. I no longer attend boot camp because I have to, but because I really enjoy being there. I recommend it to anyone of "any" age.

(April 13, 2014, 7:50 pm)Ray and his crew are great motivators. Their ever changing workouts and burn-out programs help keep your body from plateauing and bored from repetitive workouts. The workouts are hard but fun. The team environment pushes you to do your best, and the prize winning challenges help as well. It took only a couple of months of working out with Ray to get results compared to my 3 years of working out at my local gym with free weights. I'm a believer and forever a FOGR member:)
