(January 15, 2020, 3:52 am)I joined 21-days weight loss class in Jan 2020. I learned a lot from the class so that I know what is good to improve my health. The class is quite interesting and challenging. I felt more energy during the day, and felt more confident. I have some knee problem but staff and teachers are very friendly to guide me and encourage me. I recommend this class to those who want to make a change in health.

(November 20, 2019, 2:50 am)Came here for the 21 day weight loss challenge. There's a 3000$ cash prize for winner. Was effective, mind and lifestyle changing. Lost 6 kg so far 14 day in. Personal trainers seem professional and friendly. Going to start 1-1 private lessons soon.
