I started at UV Fit in January 2020, I met the owner, Fergus, at my no sweat intro and right away I knew this gym was different. I had previously worked out at Goodlife and done bootcamp classes at a gym in Vaughan but neither compare to the team at UV!
All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help you on your fitness journey! I have been there for 8 months and am not going anywhere anytime soon :) -

(June 4, 2020, 3:20 pm)Spent 8 months training here last year, but unfortunately had to leave due to other circumstances. Great, experienced coaches who are enthusiastic about bringing the best out of you. Definitely recommend Crossfit UV for anyone, beginner to experienced, looking for a great atmosphere and training facility.

I really enjoyed my time at CrossFit UV. They really are in a class of their own!
