to. I love the scent of Nag Champa when you walk in. It gives the place the perfect vibe. The hot room temperature is absolutely perfect. Some studios are warm or not hot enough. I wish this place was closer to work or where I live, it would be my “go to” they have some amazing instructors working here. -

All the teachers are very professional and really are attentive to the needs of the students. I highly recommend Jen C ( the owner) and Elena's classes. They challenge you and help you grow into the best and healthiest version of yourself. I simply can not endorse this place enough.

(January 7, 2023, 11:08 pm)If you're in Caledon/King, this is a must-visit yoga studio. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere is incredible, and the natural fragrance throughout the studio takes you to a whole different space. Overall, I like the atmosphere and vibe; it's very relaxing and peaceful.
