  Great atmosphere and awesome trainers! I really enjoy the variety of motivational fitness classes they offer and look forward to working out with positive, friendly people. At RiseAbove you work at your own pace yet strive to do better. I love it!

  When I started at Rise Above, I really didn't know what to expect. I had never been to a gym before, i just did small exercises at home.
  
  During my first few classes, I felt like I could barely get through them. I was so tired, sore and when I walked to my car, my legs felt like rubber.
  
  Now that I have increased the number of classes I attend, I still feel tired, but tired from pushing myself to complete every exercise.
  
  I have done things that I couldn't imagine I would ever be able to do and it's all because of the encouragement from Cheri and Matt.
  
  I feel so proud of myself and I am still working hard to achieve my goals.
