(January 5, 2023, 12:41 pm)I have been buying stereo and home theater equipment since I was a teenager. For my 50th I talked to Nick about a pair of speakers (GE BRX). I am very knowledgeable after many years being into electronics. Well Nick is the man! Super knowledgeable, can’t beat the prices and he follows up. When is the last time a seller did that in the electronics game (BB). This is where all my future purchases will be.

I bought several products and I have always been really satisfied. Really quick shipping also and top-notch protective package. I live in Quebec Province, and here I never find that kind of service by phone or by mail, I would need to go in person in a store to find the same quality service, that says a lot about Nick’s care customers approach. I had narrowed my search down to two pair speakers and Nick steered me in the right direction. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The speakers sound fantastic in my room! I have dealt with Nick many times and each instance was just the right balance of professionalism, and genuine thoughtfulness. He is quick to respond to any questions, and generous in sharing his expertise after dealing with and listening to some of my favourite audio brands over the last decade. I really appreciate the understanding I get when I approach Nick now and then in regards to a cable brand that I strive to learn more about, long after the business was no longer around. Whole hearted recommendation without a doubt.
