(February 27, 2023, 10:58 pm)I was very impressed with the results of my custom PC build!! Ryan took the time to carefully explain the various components and their functions and to help me select the components that were best suited for my needs and budget.
I’m not into gaming but into a heavy usage with tools and equipments that I work with and so I chose the Intel Core i9-13900KS, a processor that was powerful enough for my needs, latest, and the fastest to the date but the entite build was still reasonably priced. It proved to be an excellent choice, offering amazing speed and reliability. I am very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use Woopcservices again in the future. Ryan was also outstanding in his communication and understanding of my needs. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and provided detailed explanations for any topics I was unfamiliar with. He was able to take the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted and needed from my custom PC build and made sure to offer the best advice and suggestions to ensure that I was getting the best possible results. His expertise and knowledge were invaluable and I am extremely grateful for all his help. Thank you so much Ryan for all your help! -

Ryan is very knowledgeable, friendly and works with your budget and gives you his expert advice he gave me a great deal using parts he had available. The main thing that stands out is the communication and customer service he always responds promptly and works with your timing. Whatever concerns you have he always addresses and assures support. He answered all my concerns, giving me options for parts that I needed. His customer service is just top notch. Really blow my mind. I highly recommend him for whoever needs to build a new PC or even repair it. Not only does he helps you build your computer but you can ask him anything related and trust me he will find solutions for you. Ryan is the real deal. I couldn't ask for more. Will come back for future upgrade!

He analyzed my wants and needs, proposed computer builds aligned with my given budget, and proceeded to build it the moment I placed an order. The friendliness and communication were nothing but top tier, he also gave me suggestions on how to maintain and upgrade the PC, and tips on future hardware selection. Overall just a pleasant experience and I'm definitely recommending to my friends.
