He takes the time to really listen, and is objective at helping point out our own biases. His easy going nature makes it easy to talk to him, feeling at ease to put our guard down, which isn't always easy when discussing difficult situations.

I appreciate that he takes from multiple perspectives to meet his client's needs. He has also provided me with resources to support my mental health in between sessions (e.g., mindfulness strategies).

He provides a welcoming environment during his sessions, and always provides valuable insight, guidance, and techniques on how to work through your struggles. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for an excellent Psychotherapist.

(May 18, 2022, 7:37 pm)I have had difficulties finding a good fit with therapists in the past but I feel that Adam works hard to understand where I am coming from as well as getting me to do my own work to sort out my thoughts. I find him personable and funny and easy to get along with while still maintaining the professional relationship.

(May 18, 2022, 6:11 pm)I’ve tried to find therapists in the past but I couldn’t find the right one. Adam strikes a good balance between providing a good therapeutic discussion and managing to make me feel comfortable with jokes and conversation. I feel like I’m making good progress with him.
