(May 15, 2022, 2:46 pm)Coach Joe gave a terrific session for the small group who were invited to preview StrongerNow’s proposed exercise program that is specially adapted and focused for people with Parkinson’s. Joe’s interest in providing Parkinson’s-specific fitness classes was very much appreciated and his knowledge and understanding of the criteria for our group was very evident. His professional, relaxed and encouraging approach to coaching was just the ticket! All in all it was an excellent experience. I look forward to what I hope will soon be StrongerNow’s launch of this extremely beneficial and much-needed program for our growing Parkinson’s community.

The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and have amazing work outs and programs geared toward helping you achieve your fitness goals. Could only give five stars- but I would have given more if it was an option!

He explains and teaches me how the activity affects my body and he encourages everytime to do better. Very patient and fun. Training with him is what I look forward to the most every week. Highly recommend joining the stronger now Inc to start your training with the best !!!!

The group training offered by StrongerNow was the ideal solution to reach my fitness goals. Coach Joe and Coach Brad are both amazing! I feel each class and circuit is the equivalent of working with a personal trainer, physiotherapist, and motivational coach all wrapped into one.
My thoracic spine mobility and extension has improved, my hip rotation is slowly getting better and all my muscle groups are stronger than ever.
I was hitting Driver 280+ yards off the tee! Most importantly, the classes are fun and engaging.
