Booked with Andy and it was a very good session. Applied the correct pressure and relief during my one hour deep tissue massage. Will definitely repeat again. -

(August 29, 2021, 1:10 am)From the moment I entered Kaizen Health group there was an atmosphere of calm. The receptionist was very welcoming and patient. My massage therapist called Amita was most excellent. She had a lovely disposition and made me feel comfortable from the start. She explained everything and was very mindful of my requests. She probably could tell that I was a little stressed and she respected my personal space by doing the massage without talking. Eventually we ended having lovely conversation because I was so relaxed and I started talking. The Swedish massage techniques were amazing and the pressure was perfect for me. She definitely concentrated on the areas of my body that I mentioned I was having some issues. I left Kaizen health group located in The core of Mississauga (Robert Speck Pkway) feeling relaxed, serene and rejuvenated. I ended up booking more appointments for myself and my fiancé. It was also a bonus that they do direct billing if you have insurance. I went on to have one of the best evenings that I’ve had all summer. I highly recommend Kaizen health group for massage therapy and in particular this location.

I relatively have upper back pain, and she really relieved my pain. She's a really incredible person as well! Overall 10/10 experience, and highly recommend requesting her for your future massage.

(July 10, 2021, 12:57 pm)I love the Square One location of Kaizen. I feel like I’m at a beach retreat. So peaceful and beautiful and the massage with Amelia is always heavenly. She knows how to work the kinks out of your back, shoulders and neck.
