(June 2, 2021, 11:18 pm)Had severe back pain that restricted movement and posture.. Arpan helped me get better in a couple of weeks over 3-4 sessions. Also enjoyed our chats during the session making them feel like meeting a friend rather than a health appointment.

(May 29, 2021, 10:41 am)Definitely the recommended physio clinic by me if you are living in the area. I’ve recently had a shoulder stabilization surgery and Arpan have been absolutely fantastic in regards to helping me with the recovery. I visited a few physiotherapists for post surgical care and most of them had little to no idea about how to proceed with the rehab. They all tried to suggest on their own and mostly wanted me to visit them as much as possible. Arpan on the other hand was thorough, very accepting of the plan given by my surgeon and modified the timeline only after closely monitoring my progress. She definitely focused on making sure that I got the best care possible which is very hard to say considering all the various experiences I’ve had until now. Highly recommended!

It is very rare to find someone who takes the time to explain what has happened to our muscles, and the inner workings of our body while restoring it. The exercises and guidance provided, has me on track to recovery. Professional to the core, I wish them every success. -
