He gave us really solid advice on different neighbourhoods that would be suitable for our family and helped us find the right home for our budget and needs. He also helped my parents in a totally different situation - downsizing from a large home to a condo. This was an emotional process for my parents and Juan Carlos was professional and his knowledge and expertise helped them make the right decision. He always has a smile on his face and you can trust that his clients' best interests are his priority. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate agent!
