From the time we met with Rob until we sold our home was 12 days. Rob arrived with a well-researched evaluation of our home and marketing strategy in hand. There was no pressure, only support and outstanding results. Under two weeks, we had our home staged, photographed, promoted and sold - well over asking (15%) His marketing was so impressive, we had a whopping 68 groups view our home between a Friday morning and Wednesday afternoon. The after sale service has been attentive and utterly professional. This is your man to get the job done well - go for it!

(May 18, 2021, 6:04 pm)A couple of years prior to listing our house with Rob I asked him if he would come look at our house to see what he felt the market value was for it at that time and what improvements he would make if we were to list it. He was very upfront and honest in his assessment and recommendations. When the market began to heat up this year I asked Rob to come back and reassess our home's value. He again was upfront with us and gave us an updated value based on the new environment. He never over promised or overstated the value the house to secure the listing. We did list with Rob and his team and they were very professional and communicated extremely well through the entire process which we greatly appreciated. He continues to communicate with us since the sale and has been a great source of information for all of our questions. I would highly recommend Rob and his team if you are thinking about selling your home.
