(October 6, 2019, 6:36 pm)The level of love that I hold for Hourglass and owner Leni, is truly unexplainable. Hourglass has been my addiction since day one. I started my fitness journey here and will most likely finish my fitness journey here. The workout is super intense and works out parts of the body you never knew you could but I wouldn't have it any other way. The strength and confidence I have built is amazing and life changing. The fit family culture is welcoming and inclusive. We are always there for each other and we always have so much fun. I always get so many compliments on my physique and strength and I owe it to Leni. It is the one hour of my day that I enjoy the most and I am able to just release any angry, sadness, and negativity. Come check it out, you will not regret it.

Regardless of your fitness level you can and will have a challenging workout and learn how to truly push yourself to your utmost.
I joined for the 3 month challenge and plan to stay for a very long time. the results are unbelievable!!! -

She's highly knowledgeable and can definitely help you achieve your goals whether they be losing weight or building muscle. Highly recommended!!!

(March 21, 2014, 4:14 pm)I first heard about Hourglass Workout from my boyfriend. He knew a few females that had been through the program and witnessed their transformations. After looking into the program myself I really liked what I saw, but yet I was a little hesitant. I was hesitant because of the price. After doing some research into the rates that personal trainers charge and after discussion with a few close friends, I did some investigating and concluded that Hourglass Workout rates were way more affordable than getting a personal trainer, and second, that I really could not put a price on my health and fitness. So, if the price is what is scaring you, think about how worth it and rewarding it will be. The results I see now, I never saw while working out in the gym. Joining Hourglass Workout has been life changing. You are provided with all the tools to succeed. Emphasis is placed on correct form and clean eating. Every week I look forward to the challenging workouts prepared by Leni. The girls you meet are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is encouraging, inspiring, informative and contagious. I can't get enough of Hourglass! I am so excited to see where my fitness and health journey has taken me and I have Hourglass to thank. I look forward to continuing on with this amazing program.
