(August 26, 2020, 1:36 pm)Truly a family! All members and trainers are down to earth. Everyone motivates one another and there is no intimidation from anyone. Everyone goes at their own pace and are cheerleaders to each other. Definitely a worthwhile experience. From tabata to cross fit, our trainers are dynamic in giving you the results you need. If you want results, this is the place to be! The trainers are very knowledgeable and supportive and might I add, fun to work with.

I've never met a trainer that is on the mission with you like Coach P. She an amazing Lady inside and out, and will be there every step of the way. You get more then a trainer, when you sign up with Coach P.
Princess is an outstanding and amazing coach! She has a great personality and has fun with you while you're working out, I've never met a trainer that can dance to every workout. She will be right beside you encouraging you every step of the way.
I've been to many other studios and have been complimented on my form and all of the praise goes to these ladies. Definitely worth every single penny.
