(February 1, 2019, 5:53 pm)the customer service is very bad 100%, I'm never satisfied!! They are always busy and never try and help in emergency situations!!! The receptionist hung up on me when I asked for an appointment closer than 6 weeks away! Unacceptable!

Dr Lekht is an awesome Doctor ,she takes her time thoroughly during every examination. She was so friendly and very courteous. She is knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are her number one priority.
I went to her for my 2nd treatment after being rushed through the 1st treatment with Dr.Murrell. I trust Dr Lekht's judgement 100%. I am so happy with my final results. Thank you so much for everything you have done to create my new & improved smile!! -

(January 17, 2019, 8:31 pm)We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked into the office until we left. Dr. Doucet and her staff are very kind and caring individuals. My daughter was very nervous about getting braces but she was walked through every step and felt at ease throughout the whole process. We usually deal with the Niagara Falls office but an earlier appointment became available so we took it at the Erin Mills mall office . I wasn’t sure how I would feel not being at our usual location but it was just as amazing and we couldn’t be happier. So a big thank you to Dr. Doucet and her team from the Bromley family :)
