I needed to get a cell phone for work quickly, once he knew my needs, he gave me a recommendation, clearly explained pricing and I was able to walk out of the mall with my phone! He stayed about 10 - 15 minutes past 9 pm just to complete the sale. He was terrific in answering all of my questions. I am so impressed with Fahad and the cell phone plan that I am switching providers to Koodo!

He was very welcoming and friendly got me ported over from Virgin onto koodo with a nice plan that fit my needs. He even made me an email and registered my account. He was very thorough and efficient in doing his job. Thanks again Fahad!
